  • Each 60-minute session includes:

    • Interactive coaching tools

    • Group and partner-based activities

    • Reflection prompts and journaling

    • Monthly prework to help you prepare and apply what you learn

Meets monthly on Zoom – 4th Wednesday of each month at 7:30 PM ET

Make-up sessions may be offered in June or July if needed

Juliana is a certified ADHD coach and founder of Easy ADHD Coaching. She brings a warm, strengths-based approach to helping adults develop the tools and confidence to thrive in real-life social situations. Sessions are structured, supportive, and grounded in research and lived experience.
